Terms of Use

Last updated: September 12, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and CUTCAMP LLC.

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the Cut Camp app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian and should consult a physician before managing weight.

Health disclaimer

Cut Camp provides educational and tracking tools only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Plans, targets, and AI coaching responses are informational and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for decisions about your training, nutrition, hydration, and weight. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a cut.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through your Apple ID at the price shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's Settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Do not use the service to promote unsafe or harmful weight-cutting practices.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

The app, website, and their content are owned by CUTCAMP LLC and protected by law. You keep ownership of the data you enter and grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUTCAMP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or health consequences arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
